Last April 75,596 apartments were sold throughout Turkey, of which the share of sales to foreigners was 1,272 apartments.
Antalya ranked first in the number of sales with a total of 454 apartments, followed by Istanbul with a total of 407 apartments and Mersin with a total of 149 apartments.
Regarding the sales by nationalities that purchased the most real estate in Turkey for the same month April 2024, Russia is still in the top of the list with a total of 293 apartments, followed by Iran with a total of 171 apartments and Ukraine with a total of 91 apartments.
We note that Iraq fell to seventh place in terms of the number of apartments sold, with a rate of 42 apartments, and Saudi Arabia ranked tenth with 32 apartments.
