Turkish writer Abdulkadir Selvi, who is close to decision-making centers, mentioned in his article in Hurriyet newspaper that the Turkish state is working on a phased program to restore matters to normal.
The First stage: Initial step
It starts on Monday, May 4, and ends after Eid Al Fitr on the 26th of the same month.
The agenda provides for a gradual transition to return to normality during the phase, from the beginning of the resumption of the opening of shops, barbershops, and shopping centers, with certain restrictions. This stage does not include lifting the ban on intercity travel.
The Second Phase:
It starts on May 27 and ends on August 31, 2020.
This phase is followed by the gradual lifting of the ban on interurban travel and restrictions on international flights. It also includes spending the summer vacation according to specific criteria, but the schools will remain closed.
The Third Phase:
It starts on the first of September and continues until the end of the year.
Schools are open for this phase, which ends on December 31, 2020, and the public sector is operating at full capacity.
